VIBRATORY BOWL FEEDERS

Blank bowls are cast from aluminium alloy, ranging in diameter from 203m to 762mm, with many distinct tooling features built into the basic bowl design.

Tracks vary in width and shape to accommodate different types of components. The inherent features of the bowl are of great assistance when bowl tooling is being developed to fulfil a specific application. For special applications, coatings may be applied to the bowl surface to protect both the bowl and the components from damage or contamination.

In addition, fabricated bowls can be manufactured in stainless or mild steel. Six standard sizes of base units are available, each suitable for handling a specific group of bowls. All units are correctly engineered to give stable performance at high speed with the minimum of maintenance. All our base units are fitted with coils which are cased in epoxy, binding them firmly to the core assembly and eliminating dirt and moisture. Specially developed springs of the best possible alloy are used to give extra long vibration frequencies of 50 and 100 pulses per sec.

STORAGE HOPPERS

Powered hoppers are designed to provide the bulk storage/loading facility for the efficient operation of feeding devices such as Vibratory or Centrifugal Part feeders. Hopper capacities range from 28 to 349 litres; light & heavy duty.
